Welcome to Artful SEL™. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Artful SEL mobile application (“App”), operated by Harmonic Hues LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App
Artful SEL is designed for children ages 5+. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and that you give permission for your child to use the App under your supervision. Parents are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

Educational Purpose
Artful SEL is an educational and wellness-focused application intended to support emotional awareness, self-regulation, and calming routines. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have concerns about your child’s mental health, please consult a qualified professional.

Account Information
Parents may create child profiles and provide limited information such as a child’s first name, age, and gender. Children may optionally record emotions or moods within the App. Parents may also choose to upload a child’s photo. All information is provided voluntarily and used only to support the App’s features, including parent-facing insights.

Subscriptions and Payments
Artful SEL may offer subscription-based access. All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information. Any free access granted to early users is provided at our discretion and is tied to the specific account.

User Content
Parents may allow their child to submit content such as mood entries or profile images. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and grant permission for the content to be stored and displayed within the App for its intended purpose. We do not sell or share user content with third parties.

Data and Privacy
We use Firebase and other secure services to store and manage App data. Information is used only to operate and improve the App and to provide parent-facing features. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including illustrations, characters, stories, animations, music, and text, is owned by Harmonic Hues LLC or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use App content outside the App without permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and data storage. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonic Hues LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
