Panda Pixels Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Panda Pixels! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Panda Pixels mobile application ("App"), developed by Artful SEL ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Panda Pixels is intended for children ages 4 and older with the involvement or supervision of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features or content may require an in-app purchase or subscription.

All purchases are processed securely through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the renewal date.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Panda Pixels—including artwork, graphics, illustrations, text, animations, audio, software, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Artful SEL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or reproduce any portion of the App without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to modify the App.

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

• Copy or redistribute App content without permission.

5. Children's Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how information is collected and used. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and complying with applicable privacy laws.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability
